New Patient and Yearly Screening

Service Description

The New Patient Screening is for new records and assessments. A new patient record is started at this visit, and we'll gather all the necessary 1st visit information. This appointment will determine what type of cleaning is needed. Blood pressure is taken, an intraoral and extraoral cancer screening, periodontal screening, and decay screening will take place. Any referrals needed to a specialist or dentist will be written up for you. Digital x-rays as needed and are thereafter recommended yearly. Yearly Screening will record intraoral and extroral cancer screening and periodontal charting. As well as review if any referrals are recommended or wanted.
