Deep Scaling / Root Planing

Service Description

Removal of all the plaque and tartar (hardened plaque) above and below the gum line. We use ultrasonic instruments to get to the base of the periodontal pocket making sure to clean all the way down. Pocketing depths are recorded and treated. Scaling and root planing may take more than one visit to complete.
